Simone Biles’s DIY Bags Are a Tribute to Fiancé Jonathan Owens

Image Source: Getty / Tom Williams / CQ-Roll Call
Not only do Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens regularly coordinate their couple style, but they also pay tribute to one another through their fashion accessories. Case in point: Biles's recent Instagram Story, where she showed off her brand-new pouches that are a nod to her husband-to-be.
On Friday, Sept. 9, Biles posted an image of three clear PVC bags embellished with white and black patches that read "Owens" and the Houston Texan player's jersey number, "36." The designs turned out to be a late Thursday night DIY project as the caption on one of the images said, "got a lil crafty last night."
While we wait to see if she'll wear them out in the real world, we can also speculate they may be bachelorette-party accessories, as the 25-year-old gymnast told James Corden plans are underway for the event when she paid a visit to "The Late Late Show" on Sept. 7.
Alternatively, Biles could style her brand-new bags with an oversize button-down shirt, as she did during her trip to Mexico City.
This isn't the only time Biles has dressed in a look that paid homage to Owens. Just a few weeks ago, she shared a mirror selfie in a blue tank top that said "36" across the torso.
While we love these subtle connections to her other half, we are also anticipating what she'll wear to walk down the aisle when she weds Owens in her Galia Lahav bridal gowns soon.
Britney Spears Goes Barbiecore in a Hot Pink Bikini on Instagram

Britney Spears is the latest star to jump on the Barbiecore trend. The aesthetic consists of a series of fuchsia silhouettes that inevitable command attention at every turn. The bright pink color of summer has graced the Instagram feeds of a range of tastemakers - from Vanessa Hudgens to Dua Lipa - over the past few months, and Spears just gave the look a renewed momentum. Dressed in the eye-catching hue, the "Toxic" singer is letting us know it's here to stay.
On Thursday night, the 40-year-old star took to Instagram to share a new bikini snap, which according to the caption, was taken during a trip to Arkansas. Spears' choice of swimwear consisted of a hot pink underwire bikini top and a bottom that looked slightly skirted, though ultra-mini in length. Below the colorful pic, she wrote, "Y'all remember Suzie Lou from Arkansas…yep that's me back in town 🤓🤠😂…visiting my uncle once a year…PLAY…PLAY…on!!! Psss always say the truth ladies !!!"
The pink bikini, though the slideshow opener, was not the only photo of Spears on vacation. What followed was a floral dress, skinny jeans and a white ruffle top, as well as a red mini dress finale.
Though Spears had not yet modeled this particular head-to-toe pink look until now, she had certainly already tried out the neon swimwear look, posting a bright yellow polka dot thong on Instagram just a few days ago. She had also shared a video of herself dancing in a bright red thongkini a few weeks ago.
Ahead, recreate her hot pink moment with similar pieces.
Lori Harvey Wears a Puffer Dress With a Thigh-High Slit For NYFW

Money talks, and Lori Harvey's cash-green puffer dress at New York Fashion Week is telling us it's time to bundle up for fall. On Sept. 8, the model attended Vogue's NYFW kickoff event in an iridescent minidress, which is Look 12 from Christian Cowan's fall/winter 2018 collection. Harvey styled the look with diamond earrings and white Christian Louboutin So Kate Patent Leather 120 Pumps. She wore her hair in a straight bob and rocked bold mascara and a two-toned lip for the evening soiree.
Harvey's dress, styled by Elly Karamoh, featured a high collar and voluminous statement sleeves constructed from a shimmering quilted fabric. The zip-front dress also included a thigh-high slit that disappeared under the oversize ring belt around her waist, an equally eye-catching strip of fabric that hung down past the figure-hugging skirt to the dress's emerald ribbed hemline. As we create our style boards for fall, Harvey's dress is a helpful reminder that the right coat can make - or even be - the outfit.
For Harvey, a New York Fashion Week regular, the look is one of many we can expect to see her debut in the coming week. In the past, one of the model's most memorable NYFW looks was an all-white Michael Kors blazer and tailored pants. Most recently, Harvey stepped out in a hooded slip dress with a high slit from Greg Lauren's spring 2015 collection at the premiere of Netflix's "Me Time" in LA. Shortly before the premiere, she also rocked a sheer, tiger-print catsuit by LaQuan Smith for a night out.
Shop Harvey's Louboutin heels and see her glistening NYFW ensemble from all angles ahead.
9 Clear Bags That Are Perfect For Stadium Games and Concerts

If you're thinking about getting a new bag right now, may we recommend one that's clear? PVC bags are having a moment right now, and there's so much to love about them. For one, how many times do you find yourself rummaging through your bags, trying to find what you're looking for? Well, with a clear bag, that problem goes out the window. Plus, they force you to be a bit more organized. We usually have receipts, crumbs, and plenty of other things we'd rather not mention lying around in our bags, and having a clear bag gives us incentive to clean up, and only carry the essentials.
The other great part about a clear bag is that now, concerts and sports games are recommending them in venues for security purposes. We are totally behind the idea of clear bags in stadiums, and we want to look cute, so if you're going to a concert or headed to a sports game, our pick is one of these nine bags. We found cool belt bags, convertible crossbody bags, and even a clear tote bag. Keep on reading to shop our top selects!
These Sunglasses Are Only $15, and They Always Get Me Compliments

Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Renee Rodriguez
When it comes to putting the finishing touches on any of my outfits, I always reach for sunglasses. A good pair of glasses can elevate any outfit, even if it's something as simple as a white T-shirt and jeans. Admittedly, I'm picky about my sunglasses, and I used to believe that only expensive pairs were worth buying if I wanted good quality. However, I recently discovered a pair of sunglasses that blows all of my expensive sunglasses out of the water: the Universal Thread Oval Aviator Sunglasses ($15) from Target.
Keep scrolling to learn more about my newest accessory obsession, and make sure you snag a pair before it sells out.
What I Like About the Universal Thread Oval Aviator Sunglasses
@zozosfits ♬ original sound - breezy 👼🏽
The first time I saw these sunglasses, I was scrolling TikTok when one of my favorite fashion creators, Zozosfits, popped up on my For You Page. Zozo is a fashion influencer who is known for wearing super-expensive clothes, so when I spotted her wearing a pair of extremely cute sunglasses, I had a gut feeling it was going to be at least $200.
When I scrolled through the comments trying to figure out where the glasses were from, I saw that Zozo had commented saying they were from Target. I honestly thought she was kidding, but I decided to pull up the Target website and see if I could find them for myself. After about 10 minutes of searching, I stumbled across what I was looking for, and I was shocked to learn that not only were they actually from Target, but they were also only $15.
I added them to my cart immediately, and I even paid for expedited shipping because I wanted to get them in my hands as soon as possible. When they finally arrived, I tore open the box faster than you can say "eyes," and they've been practically glued to my face ever since.
Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Renee Rodriguez
I've been wearing these sunglasses all summer, and I've come to realize that they pair perfectly with every single outfit in my closet. Whether I'm wearing a blazer and slacks or a cute workout set, you won't find me without my favorite accessory close by. They've also been with me for every beach day, hike, and dinner that I've attended over the last few months, and they haven't accumulated even a single scratch, so I know the quality is great.
I love these glasses so much, and they're so affordable that I was actually able to purchase a second pair to keep in my car so I never leave the house without them.
What's Worth Noting About the Universal Thread Oval Aviator Sunglasses
These are oval aviator sunglasses that have shatter-resistant properties and a full-rim design with a metal frame. The frame color is a satin gold finish, which pairs perfectly with the green lenses.
These glasses don't come with a protective case or a cloth for cleaning the lenses, but I had an extra case lying around that I was able to store these in. If you're someone who needs dedicated storage for your sunglasses, I would look into purchasing an affordable case like this Facile Frame Glasses Case ($8) from Target.
Who The Universal Thread Oval Aviator Sunglasses Are Best For
I would recommend these sunglasses to anyone who likes the look of expensive accessories but doesn't love the hefty price tag that comes with them. I genuinely can't get over how expensive these sunglasses look in real life and how great the quality is. They're aviators, which I personally think look amazing on any face shape.

Ana de Armas's Pink Halter Gown Looks Like a Nod to Marilyn Monroe's Famous Dress

Ana de Armas is already getting our standing ovation. On Sept. 8, the actress pulled up to the world premiere of "Blonde" at the Venice Film Festival in a striking custom pink Louis Vuitton dress. Styled by Samantha McMillen, the gorgeous, shimmering dress featured a plunging halter top and a mid-waist belt that fell down the side. It looks just like Marilyn Monroe's famous dress! The coolest part of the gown, which was designed by Louis Vuitton Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière, is unquestionably the material. The layered, silky material had added dimension to it, and somehow in photos, it looks like de Armas was walking in slow motion.
She's attended a few events at the film festival over the last few days, but naturally, the world premiere for her upcoming Netflix movie is her most glamorous appearance yet. De Armas paired the elegant dress with Messika Jewelry diamonds. On her nails, she wore the popular supermodel manicure and a dainty Shay Jewelry diamond pinky ring.
De Armas stars as Marilyn Monroe in the Netflix film "Blonde," so it only makes sense that she's oozing Old Hollywood glamour for the premiere. "A night I will never forget. Thank you everyone for your beautiful energy and support. Love!" she wrote on Instagram after the event. "Blonde," which will release on Netflix on Sept. 28, has already made headlines for its NC-17 rating - the first from the streamer to have that rating. The biopic reimagines Monroe's life as a Hollywood icon and is based on Joyce Carol Oates's 2000 novel of the same title. We've seen de Armas transform into Monroe in the photos and trailer released, and we're eager to watch the movie.
Check out photos of de Armas in custom Louis Vuitton at the "Blonde" premiere at Venice Film Festival ahead.
Carly Cushnie Is Thinking Beyond the Runway

Image Source: Getty / John Lamparski
Carly Cushnie is a name that holds tremendous weight in the fashion industry. Since the inception of her brand, Cushnie (formerly known as Cushnie et Ochs), in 2008, she's grown a vast presence with her clean-lined, minimalistic design aesthetic. Garnering fans across all avenues, from Michelle Obama to Jennifer Lopez, Cushnie embraced signature design codes of intentional cutouts, soft draping and pleating, and monochrome color palettes. The brand's stockists were worldwide - from Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus to Harvey Nichols and Net-a-Porter - and it enjoyed countless CFDA nominations and daytime TV placements. You couldn't escape a Cushnie original in the early 2010s.
"There was so much with running a company and being on the fashion schedule that is constant, just pushing out products. You're obviously still creative, but it has to be more formulaic."
Through Cushnie, Carly had tapped into a particular approach to femininity that nods to Donna Karen, Diane von Furstenberg, and Vera Wang: delicate yet still incredibly bold and dynamic. But the London-bred designer shuttered the doors to her eponymous label in 2020, shocking the industry. As fashion gears up for another New York Fashion Week without the brand, which used to be an anchoring show, Carly is feeling relieved.
"There was so much with running a company and being on the fashion schedule that is constant, just pushing out products," she tells POPSUGAR. "You're obviously still creative, but it has to be more formulaic because you have to wait to get a collection."
Designers talk about burnout all the time, producing multiple collections a year, managing store fulfillments and press obligations, and even sometimes creating diffusion lines. It can all take a toll on you. There's a sense of creative freedom some designers experience once they remove themselves from the traditional fashion calendar confines. Carly would agree. It's clear that now she's excited to be in a new space, a space rooted in exploration without bounds. "Being able to jump into different worlds has been really exciting and has allowed me to work with creatives that work differently."
Image Source: Getty / Pietro D'aprano
Today, she's got her hands in many different spaces, from collaborations on artisanal jewelry capsules to design consulting to her most important role: motherhood. "Taking what I've learned over my nine years of designing collections, I can mend that to doing many different projects," she says. "And it energizes me because it's constantly doing something new and exciting, sometimes something that scares me a little bit, too."
If you take a peek at her Instagram, you'll find that she's still just as chic as ever and surrounding herself with beauty. She's delving into content creation - making style videos about Black-owned brands and transitional dressing - and also letting the world in on her impeccable interior-design taste.
In April, she unveiled an interiors project on her Instagram, captioning the picture: "Whether it's fashion or interiors or anything else I love to create and explore and dive into something new." The TriBeCa apartment, rich in hues of pink and soft linen and bouclé fabrics, introduced Carly's foray into the interior space to the world, and was even featured in Elle Decor. "Having the freedom and flexibility to take on projects that I really love and want to dive into has given me sort of an enormous freedom and inspired me in a new way to think outside the box," she says.
Carly is exploring other categories in fashion design as well. Collaborating with ethical LA-based jewelry brand Starling, founded by Chelsey Bartrum, Carly is debuting a five-piece capsule collection inspired by the meeting of the ocean and the sky, and the mixing of eastern and western coasts and cultures.
Ashley Randall
"[Bartrum and I] were inspired by several different things," she says. "I'm based in New York, and Chelsey is in California, so it was just the meeting of both coasts." Bartrum notes they tapped into Carly's new state of mind as inspiration for the designs. "Energy and freedom were so important for [Starling] to express through the collection that we created together," she says.
But fans of Cushnie still hope there's a place for fashion design in her future. Carly is elusive, but she promises she hasn't abandoned clothing altogether. "I can't really say much, but I've got a few little things coming out in the fall," she teases. "I am still working in fashion and interior spaces - and one thing in the performance space. It's been a fun journey."
Simone Biles Reminds Us She's a Bride-to-Be in a White Cutout Corset

Simone Biles is giving us every reason to look forward to her wedding to Jonathan Owens, posting a recent shot from date night featuring her in a striking corset top. The halter silhouette comes with crisscross straps at the front, which extend from the bust across the neckline and are affixed to a sharply boned mesh bodice.
The 25-year-old gymnast completed the bridal-white design with denim cutoffs (as she has been known to reach for) and leather pointed-toe stiletto booties. Biles's look was finished with delicate silver bracelets, diamond stud earrings, and her large, oval-shaped engagement ring from Owens. Meanwhile, her beau sat by her side in a graphic tee and distressed black bermuda shorts, gold chains, a Prada bucket hat, and Nike x Off-White mesh sneakers.
Seeing Biles sport the color white is a subtle reminder that she already has her Galia Lahav wedding dresses picked out, which she addressed on "The Late Late Show" on Sept. 7, revealing that she had another fitting during her time in LA. Biles appropriately stuck to the theme for her visit to James Corden, styling an ivory silk blouse with high-waist, wide-leg jeans and her "Owens" nameplate necklace. She also discussed wedding planning and her participation in the upcoming Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.
Back in July, Biles wore a similar outfit combination while out with Owens in Washington DC, although this corset has certainly been updated with more eye-catching details.
After recently returning from her vacation to Turks and Caicos, where she showed off plenty of thongkinis, we're ready to watch her feed as she continues to usher in fall style.

Hailey Bieber Styled a Barbiecore Micro Minidress With Knee-High Boots

Fall might be almost upon us, but that doesn't mean we're quite ready to give up all our summertime wardrobe staples. Case in point? The minidress, a warm-weather essential you can style more casually with sneakers or slightly sexier with strappy heels. But don't worry, you don't have to stow away your favorite minis, because Hailey Bieber has a solution for all of your transitional-wardrobe woes. Bieber was spotted out in Los Angeles on Wednesday night wearing a pastel mini that she effortlessly styled into an autumn must have.
For the night out, Bieber took her pastel-pink Barbiecore minidress and topped it with an oversize, double-breasted, longline blazer. The dress was so mini that the blazer actually reached below the hem of the under layer. If you were to style this look for yourself, a blazer that reaches two to three inches above the dress hem would probably be ideal. To really channel those fall fashion vibes, Bieber chose matching jet-black accessories, including pointed-toe, knee-high leather boots from Gia Borghini x Rhw and a Balenciaga Le Cagole bag on one shoulder.
The 25-year-old model isn't the only one looking for styling hacks to take those summer favorites into the colder weather. At the beginning of the week, Simone Biles showed off how she tops denim cutoffs and a crop top with an oversize button-down shirt for a little extra coverage.
Bieber does love a suiting moment - in fact, she recently wore yet another transitional look by way of a blazer dress that was totally cutout at her midsection. What's more, she also just graced the cover of Harper's Bazaar's "Icons" issue wearing an oversize black suit with a satin bralette underneath.
If you're not sure whether you should keep wearing those pastel minis into the fall season, take a cue from Bieber and top them with a longline blazer once the temperatures start to dip. The combo might just become your new autumnal uniform.
Queen Elizabeth II Leaves Behind a Historic Fashion Legacy

Queen Elizabeth II has died at the age of 96, according to a statement released by Buckingham Palace on Sept. 8. The long-reigning monarch was placed under medical supervision at Balmoral Castle, and passed away in the presence of her loved ones - including Prince Charles who will soon be crowned the king of England.
In 1952, at age 25, she ascended to the throne following the passing of her father, King George VI. During her decades-long reign, she consistently used fashion to express her personality and, to some degree, to reflect the state of the monarchy. The Queen had a penchant for making vibrant, cheerful fashion statements, which she often chose with great intention. For example, she sometimes wore specific jewelry pieces to pay homage to family members.
According to former royal butler, Paul Burrell, the majesty's residence top floor was solely dedicated to storing her clothes. The outfits had to be brought down to her, so she didn't see her wardrobe with the clothes in it. As he told Yahoo's Royal Box, "Her dresser will bring down two outfits in the morning, which are sketched with pieces of material clipped to them so that the Queen can remember whether it's silk or cotton or wool." Once she selected an option, it would be brought downstairs for her, meaning she never actually saw her wardrobe in its entirety. Considering Elizabeth's affinity for brightly colored outfits, it's likely that the closet itself was filled with a rainbow of garments. It may have also been full of handbags from one of her go-to designers, Launer.
Below, take a walk down the Queen's sartorial memory lane. From a bright blue gown during her meeting with JFK to bright pink on her way to a banquet, celebrate Queen Elizabeth's best fashion moments from over the years.

Britney Spears Lounges on a Boat in a Neon Polka-Dot Thongkini

Britney Spears may never be finished showing off her swimwear collection. It includes plenty of colorful and cheeky styles, most of which fit the bill for this summer's popular thongkini trend. While lounging on a boat with friends on Wednesday, Sept. 7, the newly married singer showed off yet another exemplary two-piece in this yellow and pink polka-dot string design, available at Doll for $80.
The look consists of a triangle top (available with custom-shaped padding) and a micro bottom that Spears highlighted from every angle on Instagram, spotlighting its silhouette and design details, including ruching along the center. To complete the look, she opted for tortoise sunglasses, sporty blue sneakers, a delicate pendant necklace, and a taupe woven sun hat, all of which were revealed in her video that documented the day on the water. Naturally, the clip also included a few of her signature dance moves. Spears went topless in a few of the scenes, with one of her friends taking a turn wearing her neon bikini top.
In August, the 40-year-old pop star wore an ultrastrappy red bikini with caged platforms to show off a choreographed routine with fans. Earlier this summer, she tied the knot with longtime partner Sam Asghari in a Versace wedding dress that had a corseted bodice, off-the-shoulder sleeves, and a thigh-high slit. The couple invited an array of stylish celebrity guests to the nuptials, such as Paris Hilton, Madonna, Selena Gomez, and Drew Barrymore.

I'm a Denim Expert, and I Wear These $19 Jeans From Target on Repeat

While scrolling through TikTok one night, I came across a video of a woman showing off a new pair of jeans she'd just bought - which just so happened to be a dupe for a very expensive pair of jeans I'd been eyeing for the past few months. The dupe looked just as good as the original, and when I clicked the link and found they were from Target and on sale for $19, I was shocked. I saw that the jeans had more than 100 five-star reviews, so I added them to my cart immediately. Ever since I got them in the mail, I've been wearing Wild Fable's Super-High Rise Straight Jeans ($19, originally $22) nonstop.
This was the first pair of jeans I'd had ever purchased from Target, and although the reviews were glowing, I wasn't sure what to expect when I tried these on for the first time. Luckily for me, the reviews rang true. For me to truly fall in love with a pair of jeans, they need to check all my boxes - and these jeans definitely do. They're cute, comfortable, and high-waisted - an absolute must for me (sorry, low-rise jeans will never be back in style in my life). They have an on-trend straight leg, and they weren't too long or too short– they hit just below my ankle, which is exactly what I'd been looking for.
I've been wearing these jeans for a few weeks now, and my favorite thing about them is probably how versatile they are. I've been pairing them with just about everything in my closet, and they're a winner every single time - they go perfectly with my favorite Amazon bodysuits, and the darker wash makes them great for dressing up or down. One of my favorite ways to dress them up for a night out is to style them with a black blazer and my favorite Amazon heels. I've also been wearing them with my favorite dad sneakers when I need to pop out of the house to run errands.
When I say these jeans are comfortable, I mean it. I own a few pairs of jeans that I would not want to sit down in for a long period of time, but I've worn these jeans for a full day of working from home, and they've genuinely felt almost as comfortable as my favorite pair of yoga pants. A few reviewers mentioned that these jeans actually feel like jeggings because they're so comfortable, and I have to agree. These have become my go-to jeans for dinner dates - not only do they look amazing, but they're stretchy enough that I don't have to worry about them feeling too tight after I've eaten and there's a distressed version ($25) as well.
To keep my new favorite pair of jeans in tip-top shape, I've been washing them on cold and hanging them to dry. I've washed them a few times, and the color is just as vibrant as the day I got them; I also haven't had any issues with shrinking or pilling (one of my biggest pet peeves). Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I know I'll be wearing these jeans nonstop in the months to come.
Chloe Bailey Posed in a Gold Chain Cutout Top on Instagram

It's hard to miss Chloe Bailey's latest Instagram video. The attention-grabbing post presents the "Surprise" singer clad in a gold top that boasts a plunging neckline and bedazzled chains, completely exposing her chest. The 24-year-old star styled her hair into a high bun, keeping the focus on her head-turning pièce de résistance, which also doubles as jewelry.
Of course, it wouldn't be a Chloe Bailey outfit if it didn't involve some skin reveal or bold details like a hip cutout or dangerously high slit. Her Instagram selfie follows a recent appearance at the 2022 MTV VMAs, where the singer donned a custom silver metallic corset dress by label Zigman. This design, too, included sultry elements like a plunging, sweetheart neckline, sheer-paneled bodice, and thigh-high slit.
Bailey, who is Saks Fifth Avenue's fall campaign star, has been sharing more of her latest style choices on Instagram, posing topless in a pair of dark blue baggy jeans on Aug. 30. The week before, she embraced summer's hottest swimwear trend, the thongkini, when she shared a video of herself singing in a strappy beige bikini, along with a carousel post that unveiled another high-cut and cheeky brown bikini.
One of her most significant fashion moments to date? A sheer blue tiger-print LaQuan Smith minidress that highlighted her backside. The accessories she finished with were notably edgy, too: a pair of rectangular shield sunglasses and large hoop earrings.
If you're feeling brave, recreate Bailey's latest bejeweled look with similar tops and chainmail pieces ahead.
8 Princess Diana Dresses With Stories Just as Significant as That of the "Revenge Dress"

Princess Diana: A Tribute Exhibition officially opened to the public on Friday, Sept. 2, marking the 25th anniversary of the Princess of Wales's tragic passing. Located at The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, the 10,000-square foot installation boasts over 700 royal artifacts. That includes eight of Diana's authentic evening gowns that were sourced by Pink Ribbons Crusade, a 45+-year old charity charity that purchases memorabilia to display while simultaneously raising funds to fight breast cancer.
The exhibit features 12 rooms, and one particular space, titled "Wedding of the Century" room, invites couples to tie the knot atop a dramatic re-creation of Diana's David and Elizabeth Emanuel wedding dress. Of all the ballgowns featured in the exhibit, 8 are authentic - meaning they were actually worn by Lady Spencer, and they all come with significant backstories.
While many know of the "revenge dress," which marked a pivotal moment in the Princess's life, they may not be as familiar with the pink "barbecue dress." It's our first glimpse of Diana's authentic wardrobe at the exhibit, and it has a fascinating story behind it. The dress has a hidden connection to Lillie Langtry, whose great-grandmother was the mistress of Charles's great-great grandfather King Edward VII - just like Camilla Parker-Bowles was Charles's mistress.
Likewise, her Gianni Versace-designed LBD has its own significance. Spotlighted in the "Fashion Icon" room, it marked the beginning of a new style era for Princess Diana as a single woman following her separation from Charles.
Image Source: POPSUGAR Photography / Sarah Wasilak
Exhibit curator and producer David Corelli stressed to POPSUGAR just how difficult it was to get his hands on such iconic garments. "[Diana] was one of the first royals to auction her dresses off," he said during a media walk-through on Sept. 1. "Most are privately owned, but some are public. You have to get lucky."
Though Corelli has seen an endless array of gowns over the course of his career, Princess Diana's collection still took his breath away. "These are couture gowns that were made for a princess," he explained. "That's what I noticed the most when I finally saw them on display. Each one of them has a remarkable level of detail and luxury that you wouldn't notice in photos."
The dresses will stay in Las Vegas on display for a 10-year residency, and Corelli will continue to bring in other pieces as the opportunity arises, in an effort to keep the collection fresh over time.
Ahead, find eight standout looks from Princess Diana: A Tribute Exhibition and learn the stories behind them. To see them in person, you can purchase general admission tickets, which start at $29, online or at the door.

These 31 Models Are Actively Increasing LGBTQ+ Representation in Fashion

"As long as gay people don't have their rights all across America," the late gay liberation activist Marsha P. Johnson once said, "there's no reason for celebration." The unsung LGBTQ+ activist and drag performer was a prominent figure in the 1969 Stonewall riots, a series of demonstrations confronting discrimination that would unify LGBTQ+ community members around the world. Drawing on Johnson's legacy, a group of LGBTQ+ models continue to speak out their truth and advocate for gay rights today.
The LGBTQ+ community has made significant strides toward representation in fashion. From queer fashion designers amplifying the community year-round to LGBTQ+ influencers asserting their presence in heteronormative spaces, the fight continues with a new crop of trailblazers working across disciplines. Actress Laverne Cox, for example, recently helped design the first transgender Barbie, a move that will help LGBTQ+ children and young adults have the much-needed representation they deserve.
The fashion industry is also slowly opening its catwalks and advertising campaigns to LGBTQ+ talent, thanks in part to some of these gay, lesbian, queer, nonbinary, and transgender models who are living their truth and unapologetically thriving in these heteronormative spaces. While there's still much more to accomplish, these inspiring individuals are paving the way for others to follow in their footsteps.
Read on for a list of headline-making LGBTQ+ models you should know about right now. Follow their work and content to educate yourself on the history of Pride celebrations, and be sure to actively show up for the community by participating in Pride events, voting for candidates who support gay rights, and buying from queer-owned brands and businesses.

These 7 Runway Trends Are It For Fall - From Corsets to Micro Skirts

The fall 2022 season found designers in the four major fashion capitals reflecting on the state of the world. The result? A new set of trends - from reimagined sportswear to reworked denim - to welcome a future where we resume our pre-pandemic lives, hopefully with wisdom gained from the past couple of years.
With Miu Miu's viral low-rise miniskirts, the love affair with Y2K fashion continues. Diesel's denim-clad models and Loewe's jean shoes signal a new era for the timeless textile. Elements inspired by motorcycle racing were introduced; blazers were tailored to project a sense of gravitas; and lingerie-style pieces like sheer bras and corsets were designed to be seen. And for those of us who feel the return to normalcy is too abrupt, there's no shortage of blanket silhouettes that don't sacrifice style or comfort. Elsewhere, Thom Browne's reworked knits, kooky oversize coats, and patchwork suiting separates give business dressing a fun new twist. The designer broke away from the traditional Fashion Week calendar, staging his runway show at an industrial location filled with teddy bears in New York City on April 29.
Each trend marks a fresh start after an extended time of uncertainty. While some edge toward the avant-garde side (see Gucci's sporty corset and Yohji Yamamoto's deconstructed denim shirt), the majority of them are surprisingly wearable. Whether you'd like to experiment with wacky silhouettes and accessories, or would prefer to update your classic closet staples, the fashion ideas abound.
Ahead, get inspired by new sporty silhouettes; cool denim pieces; cozy knit ensembles; bold low-rise skirts; sultry lingerie looks; edgy moto separates; and sharp blazers. Read on for the top seven runway trends of the fall season.

Julia Fox has descended upon the streets of New York ahead of Fashion Week to continue showing off her sultry, eccentric style consisting of a range of all-black, skin-baring looks this past summer. Fox's latest choice is a stretch-nylon midi dress with an open caged corset built in, created by designer Luis De Javier, who has also dreamed up avant-garde pieces for stars such as Rihanna and Kim Kardashian. The look in question is affixed to one long, grommet-adorned strap that wraps around the neck like a halter and extends toward the floor.
Working alongside her stylist Briana Andalore, Fox, 32, accessorized with a pair of pointed-toe leather booties, complete with a thick buckle strap across the upper and a sharp, nail-like stiletto heel. She finished the ensemble with a circular leather shoulder bag from By Far and a natural makeup look with a soft pink lip and a touch of blush - save for the thick swipe of bold red shadow that lined her eyes. She opted for wet hair, parted to the side, and a square-shaped french manicure with transparent tips.
Fox's outfit will likely conjure images of the latex dress she wore in LA this past August, held together by two shapely pieces of metal. The mini was yet another example of the surprising fabrics and silhouettes she's willing to experiment with as she rounds out her collection of memorable moments.
Ahead, catch a few more angles of Fox in Luis De Javier's forward-thinking design, then reminisce about the set of all-leather pieces she wore with a skull cap for yet another photo shoot on August 12.
Halle Bailey's Unique Cutout Sweater Is Perfect For Date Night

Transitional dressing isn't always easy, but Halle Bailey recently pulled it off with a cozy yet stylish date-night outfit. In her latest Instagram post, the singer and actor shared a series of selfies, likely moments before a night out with her boyfriend, rapper DDG. Styling a plunging cropped knit top with formfitting black pants resembling leggings, Bailey accessorized with tan sandals, a black leather chain purse, and gold earrings. Her deconstructed sweater was a unique, striking choice, featuring a large front cutout, mock neck, and detached sleeves.
Romantically linked since January 2022, Bailey and DDG made their red carpet debut at the 2022 BET Awards in June; they matched in sleek black outfits: Bailey in a black Mônot set with a plunging neckline and hip cutouts, and the rapper in a Prada turtleneck and vest, finished with stacked chain necklaces. For a more casual evening with DDG in London, "The Little Mermaid" star chose a velvety-green two-piece set with a crop top and slitted maxi skirt.
Aside from her date-night style, Bailey has brought out some equally chic looks all summer. Inspired by her "The Little Mermaid" character, she stunned in a green multimedia coordinating bra-and-skirt set by Joanna Prazmo for Variety's 2022 Power of Young Hollywood issue in August. And at the magazine's corresponding Power of Young Hollywood even, she donned a white '90s slip dress from August Getty Atelier. Just a week prior, she appeared in Latto's "It's Givin" music video wearing a pinstripe bikini suit with tiny tailored bottoms.
Take a closer look at her latest outfit ahead.
