It wasn't that long ago when I found myself staring at a skirt on Instagram. It was simple - an everyday basic that you'd reach for time and again - but it grabbed my attention. I loved the fit, the simple texture, and the length. It was a ribbed maxi with a pull-on stretch waistband (cheers to that), and it had a slight slit on the side. I could see myself wearing it with white sneakers and a t-shirt tucked in or tossing on an oversize sweater and finishing the look with a pair of open-toe heels. You can imagine my joy when I figured out where to buy the skirt (hint: Old Navy!) and that it was on sale for $20. Here it is in all its glory.
