Calling all Tim Burton fanatics: Vans just released a sneaker collection inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas, and in the famous words of Jack Skellington, "I can't believe my eyes!" After initially announcing the Disney-tastic collaboration on Sept. 9, the footwear brand finally blessed us with the spooky designs on Oct. 4 - just in time for the Halloween season.
Much like Vans' Harry Potter-themed range that launched earlier this year, the collection includes apparel and accessories in addition to shoes. There's a patchwork-patterned pair of Era sneakers that pay homage to Sally's rag-doll outfit, Classic Slip-Ons designed to mimic Oogie Boogie's dizzying underground lair, and a cozy hoodie that'll make "Jack's Lament" get stuck in your head, just to name a few standout items.
The Vans x Nightmare Before Christmas collection is now available to shop in stores and on vans.com/nightmare, and judging by the buzz surrounding the release, we have a feeling Oogie Boogie-loving sneakerheads will cause a pretty quick sellout.
